Enhancements to Professional Standards & Development Feedback!
We’re thrilled to share some new updates we’ve added to your Perspective account! Based on all your feedback, this next phase of enhancements is designed to streamline work across your Professional Standards, Development Feedback, and Performance Reviews.

A quick overview of what’s new:
- New Required Standards: Mark a Standards Template as “required”. This will help to ensure that staff complete specific standards ahead of their annual review.
- Assign Standards to Specific Staff Categories: This helps ensure that users only see standards that are relevant to them, such as templates for teaching staff or teaching assistants.
- Performance Review Updates: You can now make ‘quick edits’ in the Objectives tab of Performance Reviews. Our updated Development Feedback tab also features a new monthly summary chart with detailed insights.
Reminder from our recent email: We have begun the decommissioning of the Surveys Module in Perspective. It will still be available throughout 2024, but as of Wednesday, October 2nd, 2024, you will no longer be able to issue new surveys.
