• Strong copywriting skills with a knack for crafting clear, engaging messages that resonate with targeted audiences.

• Experience using AI tools or a proactive approach to embracing AI for time-saving and workload reduction in marketing tasks.

BSc degree in Marketing, Digital technologies, English or a related field.

Key responsibilities and tasks include:

• Product Release Communication: Create and distribute content to inform users of product updates and premium features.
• Internal Collaboration: Work closely with HR to promote job openings and liaise with the Design Team and CEO on monthly and quarterly targets.
• Channel Management: Use our internal channels to communicate with existing customers, particularly within schools, MATs, and Local Authorities.
• Event Promotion: Execute promotional activities for events, product launches, and recruitment efforts.
• Data and Reporting: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities using tools like Google Analytics.
• Social media: Manage and monitor all social media channels, including X, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, to support Angel Solutions’ branding and promote specific products.
• Email Marketing: Collaborate closely with Sales and Account Management teams to execute targeted email campaigns through Mailchimp and track their impact on engagement and conversions.
• Website Updates: Keep the website updated with the latest product release features, staff updates, and internal advertisements.
• Data: Create and maintain data collection forms (e.g., Typeform) used in marketing campaigns and automation within the company. Manage mailing lists in compliance with GDPR regulations.
• Automation: Develop and manage marketing automations using tools like Mailchimp and Typeform (integrated with Zapier) to enhance efficiency and consistency in communication efforts.
• Reporting: Prepare accurate reports on marketing campaigns’ overall performance, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Additional responsibilities include promoting the Angel Solutions brand, managing testimonials, supporting recruitment efforts, and raising awareness for charitable initiatives.
