A New Performance Management Dashboard!

Our new dashboard makes it a lot easier to complete and manage your reviews. Read our handy guide

Your reviews will now auto-finalise!

By default, reviews will automatically finalise after 10 days as long as the reviewee has given feedback & it marked it as accurate.

This setting can be switched on/off.

Planning Dashboard Improvements

New Smart Text Boxes in Observations

Observations now contain an new way to enter the Focus, Topic, Lesson, Group and Year. The Smart Text Box will suggest entries based on what you or your fellow staff members have previously entered.

A key benefit of this is that entries are consistent across the school and observation analysis becomes much more useful & reliable
