Bringing You Deeper Insights And Enhanced Analysis – Explore What’s New
We’re excited to introduce the latest Perspective Observatory updates, including Visit Keyword Search, Performance Management enhancements, and an expanded Activity Slider. Designed to save time and help you focus resources where they matter most!
A quick overview of what’s new:
Visits Keyword Search:
- A really valuable time-saving tool. Just like Watchsted lets you search for inspection reports, you can now do the same with all your visits. This makes quality assurance a breeze, and lets you quickly find what you are looking for. For example, see what your organisation is saying about leadership or find the visit that contained that phrase you used without having to open up lots of documents.
- Standard visibility permissions for Visits will apply, ensuring compliance with your organisation’s policies.
Gain deeper insights into Performance Management (PM) Reviews:
- You now have the option to drill down to view the names of each staff member and their PM status. For example, find out which members of staff have not started their review yet.
- This functionality is not enabled by default. If you’d like us to activate it for your organisation, please get in touch.
Improved data analysis with Staff Category Filtering:
- Just like in the Professional Standards module, you can now use the “staff category” filter within Performance Management and Development Feedback analysis.
- Export data now includes a column for staff categories, providing you with more granular insights.
Expanded Activity Slider now includes school activities:
- If you haven’t tried the Activity Slider on any of the “Analysis” pages, now is a good time! Look out for the green “plus” icon near the top right-hand side of the screen.
- New features: Add an Action, Record of Visit, or new Contact directly from the Activity Slider.
- You can still use the slider to quickly view or edit KPIs while looking at your data – a very popular feature!
