A quick overview of what’s new:

Professional Standards Analysis Gets a Makeover!

We’ve overhauled the Professional Standards Analysis, aligning it with the intuitive functionality of Development Feedback Analysis.

Key highlights:

• Staff category support: Analyse data more precisely by grouping staff into relevant categories.
• Powerful new filters: Drill down by user and professional standard, or track trends over time for deeper insights into progress and areas for improvement.

These updates make it easier than ever for school leaders and teachers to assess, plan, and drive professional growth with confidence.

Performance Management Module Updates:

• Enhanced Reviews Dashboard: Filter by staff categories for more focused and actionable insights.
• Performance Reviews: Comments added by users to Professional Standards are now displayed in the analysis tab, providing richer context and a clearer understanding of evaluations.

Watchsted Module Update:

• Now supports Ofsted’s recent changes, enabling analysis and reporting for schools with a “No Overall Grade.”
