New in Observatory: Bulk Edit your KPIs, Contacts with Multiple Roles, Development Feedback Analysis Updates

We are really proud to bring you yet another round of features and updates in Observatory for both Essentials and Premium users, helping you spend more time focusing on what matters most! New features include:

• Bulk Editing of KPIs
• Contacts can now have multiple roles associated with them
• View Staff details in Development Feedback Analysis

Here’s what you’ve got to look forward to: 1. KPI Enhancements – Smarter Management and Greater Control A popular request from many of our Observatory Premium users is the ability to bulk update KPIs. Well we are pleased to say that now you can! Here are the new KPI features for Observatory Premium included in this release:

• Bulk Editing – Set all values for a single KPI to one value in just one step.

• Easier Set Up – Quickly add new and existing sets to a KPI layout.
• Information Enhancements – You can now see when KPIs were updated – and by whom – in more places, for clearer tracking and accountability.

2. Multiple Roles for Contacts – More Flexibility in Managing Staff Both Premium and Essentials users can now assign multiple roles to a school contact and manage cross-role responsibilities with ease, making searches, filters, and mailing list exports more flexible than ever. 3. Development Feedback – Staff Breakdown for Deeper Analysis You can now see staff names in Development Feedback Analysis, aligning with Professional Standards analysis. This gives Observatory Premium users deeper insight to provide targeted support where it’s needed most. Please note that this setting is OFF by default and must be enabled through your Account Manager or Support Team to ensure data protection and privacy are upheld. These enhancements continue to give you faster and better ways to manage your KPIs and greater confidence in the accuracy and freshness of your data. All things you would struggle to do in Excel!
