Hosting Announcement

With the recent outages at O2, Natwest and Blackberry affecting thousands of customers who rely on those essential services on a daily basis, it’s a good chance to remind all our Perspective, Nexus, Keypas and BDP customers that all our systems are hosted at Rackspace, a premium tier one hosting partner, with a guaranteed uptime of 99.9%.

This means the only time our systems are not operational, is when we are upgrading them to add new modules, features, requests and enhancements to make sure our products are continually improving. Hopefully this provides peace of mind for everyone, as we all have enough to think about!
